    Offering an envelope that was taken to the 1979 Offshore Technology Conference in Houston.  This envelope was paced In, On, Over, Etc. 22 different vessels (see the letter accompanying the listing), by Charles Simpson of the philatelic Oceanographic Study Group "One Half Fathom", which is no longer active and was led by Irene Fager.  Cancelled at the location of the conference inHouston TX 2-May-1979. One of a very few created.
