FINALLY, THERE'S AN AFFORDABLE BALL BEARING BLADE ROLLER GUIDE KIT FOR DELTA 14" BAND SAW! Bandroller are manufactured in the U.S.A. by Iturra DesignThe body is CNC milled from high quality 6061 T-6 aluminumOur bandrollers use micro precision ball bearings which are double rubber sealed to prevent wood dust contamination, ensuring long lifeUtilize stainless steel roll pins to lock bearings in placeBandrollers are simple to install and useAll of our bandrollers go through a four step quality control process to insure trouble-free operationBandrollers are sold as a set of four two top and two bottom guides Bandrollers are simple top install and use, you just remove the old metal guide blacks and slip the new guides in their place. That's it, no expensive or complicated conversion kits to install and adjust. By just replacing the actual metal guide blocks and not the entire guide assembly like other after-market brands, we keep cost down without sacrificing the quality. Our guides have the advantage of allowing the continued use of the original micro-meter blade guide controls that came equipped with your band saw. On the Delta 14" band saws, these controls were originally designed and and patented as a safety feature, since the bottom controls are brought out to the front of the table so the operator's hands never come near the blade. One does themselves a disservice by converting to an after-market ball-bearing design which doesn't encompass this important safety feature. Also on the delta design, the bottom guides are brought up close to the worktable, minimizing the actual distance the blade is unsupported between the guides. In other designs this advantage is lost since their design positions the lower guide system further away from the table than the original guides Our Bandrollers also allow you to switch between other after-market guides such as Cool Blocks when using narrow 1/8" or 1/16" wide blades since they can support these narrow blades more effectively than ball bearing guides. They also give the operator the option of switching back to the original metal rub blocks or the new ceramic guide blocks, depending on the particular demands of the material being cut. Bandrollers are manufactured in the U.S.A. by Iturra Design. Their high quality and performance standards are maintained tghrough use of modern CNC milling machines. All of our guides go through a four step quality control process to insure trouble-free operation. Our guides use micro precision ball bearings which are double rubber sealed to prevent wood dust contamination. ensuring long life. The body is milled from high quality 6061 T-6 aluminum to close tolerances and now utilize stainless steel roll pins to lock the bearings in place. Why switch to ball-bearing blade guides? Many woodworkers have found the after-market composite guides wear too quickly and the original metal guides induce excessive heat which has an adverse effect on blade life. Ball bearing guides address both problems, but have been out of reach for many woodworkers operating on a limited budget or fixed income...until now. Bandrollers were designed as an upgrade to your factory original guide blacks without being expensive or difficult to install. They will improve the accuracy of your saw and increase the useable life of your saw blades by decreasing the effects of heat which tend to dull blades prematurely. Single Bandroller may be purchased individually to replace a damaged guide, which decreases your future costs. Please contact seller regarding single bandroller purchase. We offer combined shipping. If you buy two kits, the second one shipping is only .00.
