HARD TO FIND Ship Event US Naval Cover Commemorating the LAUNCHING of the WWII Destroyer Escort USS ROCHE DD-197 postmarked KEARNY NJ JAN 9 1944; Excellent
Condition - The USS Roche struck a mine while escorting a Transport Ship on September 29, 1945 into Tokyo Bay, Japan and she was later scuttled on March 11, 1946
