A Naval Cover displaying a Ship's Cachet with ARCTIC OPERATION Banner for the USNS Redbud (T-AKL-398). Dated 25 October, 1963, and cancelled ARMY-AIR FORCE POSTAL SERVICE APO 677.  Cover is in excellent condition.
