Description
A Naval Cover commemorating the Keel Laying of the USS Boston  (SSN-703). Dated 29 July, 1978, and cancelled GROTON, CT. Cover is in excellent condition. Designed and sponsored by William J. (Bill) Everett. NOTE: Cancel date is incorrect.
