Description
A Naval Cover commemorating the Keel Laying of the USS Honolulu  (SSN-718). Dated 10 November, 1981, and cancelled NEWPORT NEWS, VA. Cover is in excellent condition. Designed and sponsored by William J. (Bill) Everett.
