This is one of the best ce cream freezers made. This one was manufactured when the White Mountain was at its best. The newer ones are not as good. I am cutting back on my collection. Too much stuff. My mother always said hand cranked made better ice cream. That is because you should start of cranking slowly and increase your speed as the ice cream hardens and the crank stifffens.
