    A Reisinger add-on printed cacheted cover hand cancelled aboard the US Navy light cruiser USS RICHMOND CL 9 at Port Everglades FL on Jul 25, 1934.
    The rear flap is not sealed. There is a double ring round Dallas Tex Gen. Del. hand stamp dated Jul 28 on the rear.
